Optimization of cephalesporin C fermentation technics

Based on previous fermention conditions,we optimized experiment in the 4m3 fermenter.By the mode of fractionating supplementary food,the optimum CPC fermention conditions were got :inoculation concentration 18%,bean oil 4%,gluose 1%,oxidized starch 2%,the substiute ratio of corn steep liquor 1%.Ultimately the production cycle shortened 24h,fermentation level reached 22403U/ml,so the cost was reduced and fermentation yield rised.
