Clinical observation of capecitabine combined with vinorelbine in the treatment of advanced breast cancer

Objective:To observe the efficiency and toxicity of capecitabine combined with vinorelbine in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Method:Thirty-four patients were treated with capecitabine 2500 mg/m2,day1-14 and vinorelbine 25mg/m2 on day 1,day 8.1 cycle was 21 days,treated for 4 cycles.Results:5 of 34 assessable patients achieved complete response(CR),15 patients had partial response(PR),8 had stable disease(SD),6 had progressive disease(PD).The respone rate was 58.82%.Conclusion:Capecitabine combined with vinorelbine was an effective regimen with tolerable toxicity in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
