Study on Criminal Policy of Minor Crime

Minor crime has become more popular in recent years,but the result of striking and educating is not satisfying in many aspects.The penalty system for minor crime in our country has a lot of disadvantages,involving and judicature,so it is urgent to establish and make the penalty system of minor crime perfect.Analyzing the current status of criminal policy of minor crime in our country and using foreign related criminal policies as reference,the author puts forward a more suitable criminal policy of minor crime to prevent occurrence of minor crime and to provide theoretical support for establishing harmonious society.
