摘要
Efficient dispatching of mobile resources for power recovery after disaster relies on a robust transportation network (TN). However, TN may also encounter road interruption or blockage caused by extreme disaster, significantly affecting the rapid dispatching of repair resources (RRs) and electric vehicles (EVs), and further complicating coordinated recovery model of transportation and power networks (TPN). To address this issue, in this paper, we first introduce the concept of road island, thereby simplifying the topology of TN recovery. Secondly, constraints of RRs dispatching between road islands and EVs clusters dispatching within road island are formulated to reduce the complexity of model. Finally, the mobile resources (RRs, EVs) logistics for TPN recovery is proposed to guarantee the efficient scheduling. The case analysis demonstrates that the model can evaluate the impact of road topology updating on RRs dispatching and reduce model size by limiting EVs dispatching within road island, improving the solving efficiency.
