摘要
Recent advances in flexible magnetic film technologies have attracted wide attentions, which provides both magnetizable and flexible properties for advanced sensor and actuator integration applications. The successful performance relies on the materials, preparation technologies involving film-forming and magnetization, and characterization technologies involving microstructure, mechanical and magnetic properties. This study focused on the most up-to-date materials and key technologies. Details of preparation methods, physical properties such as flexibility, magnetic performance, and durability are provided concerning sensitivity and selectivity enhancement, and improved control performance by optimizing material and film structure design. In addition, applications of flexible magnetic films in magnetic sensing, actuator and energy conversion are discussed, as well as the key challenges and the future direction of flexible magnetic films. Combining with other materials and devices can further expand their application areas.
