摘要
The spectroscopic properties of yellow and red InP/ZnSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) were comparatively investigated. The red QDs exhibit a less serious Auger effect, a longer hot carrier cooling time and stronger multiphoton absorption cross-sections.
