摘要
ABSTRACT Planar wide‐angle cameras based on metalenses, offer advantages in terms of compact size and ease of integration, making them ideal for high‐portability wide‐angle detection applications. However, the planar nature of these cameras inherently leads to a sharp decline in imaging efficiency as the incident angle increases, which significantly compromises image quality at large angles. In this work, we propose a wide‐angle camera comprising three metalenses, achieving an ultrawide field‐of‐view of 120°. Coupled with the intelligent MetaLight Enhance algorithm that we developed, the intensity of captured images can be adaptively balanced across various conditions. This approach effectively addresses the long‐standing issue of large‐angle efficiency decay in wide‐angle imaging, while also enables the camera to perform low‐light imaging during nighttime, thereby greatly expanding its potential application range. Our work presents a transformative solution for wide‐angle detection, combining high integration, exceptional image quality, and superior environmental adaptability.
