Опыт применения раневой повязки «ВоскоСорб» в лечении нагноившихся послеоперационных ран нижних конечностей

Despite the modern achievements in medical technology the treatment of the extensive wounds remains today an unresolved problem. Eventually the treatment methods, medicinal forms changed, but the general principles of maintaining wounds in all phases of wound process practically did not change. Effective and sparing care of the wound, maintenance of the natural process of its healing are recognized as the basic principles for treatment of the wounds. These requirements are fulfilled at application of the wound bandages. Great demands are made to the bandages, such as absorbing and soaking-up ability, permeability for gases, noinjury and safety of application. The wound bandage does not only have to protect soft fabrics from the infection and traumatization but also to maintain necessary humidity in all phases of wound healing. Application for 43 patients during treatment of the wound bandage Voskosorb possessing adsorption, antibacterial properties, authentically reduced the terms of healing of the wounds in comparison with the control group, which received treatment with Pantenol ointment.
