摘要
One of the best methods of detecting certain problems which can lead to failure of the transformer is Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA). For diagnosing fault condition on oil filled insulation, one of the most recent techniques developed is Dissolved Gas Analysis. The chemical analysis of the generated gases is known as Dissolved Gas Analysis or DGA. For DGA, oil sample from the transformer has to be removed which can be done without de-energization of the transformer easily. Then by using gas chromatography technique, oil sample is analyzed in the laboratory. This paper presents complete DGA study of 12.5 MVA 132/33KV, EMCO makes Transformer: at 132 KV S/S Srinagar (M.P.). The data are analyzed over a period of 2006 to 2012. The DGA results by different standard methods are compared.
