摘要
Aiming at the problems of slow response and poor dynamic performance of AC servo control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor used in medical centrifuge, a fuzzy adaptive fractional PID controller is proposed in this paper. The fractional PID control algorithm has higher control precision than the traditional digital PID control algorithm. The fuzzy control does not depend on the mathematical model of the controlled object, and can realize the online tuning and optimization of the controller parameters. The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive fractional PID AC servo control system has the advantages of fast response speed, small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability, which effectively improves the dynamic and static performance of medical centrifuge and has good robustness.
