Determination of sulfonamides,quinolones and nitroimidazoles in meat by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric( UPLC-MS /MS) method was developed for the determination of 3 kinds of sulfonamides,7 kinds of quinolones and 4 kinds of nitroimidazoles in poultry. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and degreased by n-hexane. Then the samples were cleansed with MCX column,and the ultra high performance liquid chromatography( UPLC) was used to separation. The components were detected by tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by matrix external standard method.14 kinds of veterinary drugs had good linear relationship in the range of 1 ~ 50. 0 μg /L,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 994,and the recoveries of 14 kinds of veterinary drugs were 75. 2% ~ 103. 4%.The detection limits were 0. 1 ~ 0. 5 μg /kg,the relative standard deviation of 6 replicate measurements for the blank spiked with standards( n = 6) were 2. 3% ~ 12%. This method is simple,fast,and shows stable operation and high precision,and it is suitable for a variety of rapid determination of veterinary drug residue in poultry.
