Clinical effect observations of early use Dailixin for post-stroke depression

Objective To observe the clinical effect of early use Dailixin for post-stroke depression.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with post-stroke depression who were according with choosing and removing conditions were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated by Dailixin based on regular cure.Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) were assessed before treatment and after two weeks,four weeks treatment.Results After two weeks,four weeks treatment,depression condition and nerve function of Dailixin group improved.HAMD and NIHSS score of the treatment group was better than that of control group (P ＜ O.05).Conclusions Early use Dailixin treatment after stroke may interfere with depression conditions and can improve the nerve functional recovery of patients.
