摘要
A new metal–organic framework with the chemical formula [Co2(ptptc)·(H2O)3](MeOH) (1) was synthesized using Co(NO3)2· 6H2O and terphenyl-3,3″,5,5″-tetracarboxylic acid (H4ptptc) as the starting materials under solvothermal conditions. Removal of the lattice solvent molecules and the coordinated water molecules resulted in porous framework 1a having a high density of open metal sites. In the presence of trimethylsilyl cyanide, catalytic activity for the cyanosilylation of the aromatic aldehydes was observed, with different substituents in distinct positions, and provided cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ethers with shape- and size-selective catalysis. Furthermore, the biological function and detailed mechanism of anti-cancer action of the compound were assessed. The CCK-8 assay was carried out to determine the compound’s inhibitory function on cell viability. The influence of the compound on cell invasion and migration was studied via the transwell method. Finally, the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to reveal the mechanism of the compound by measuring the expression level of racl1 and racl2 in CAES-17 esophageal cancer cells.
