摘要
This paper introduces a 1.5GHz low-jitter Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) transmitter. In order to improve the driving capability, a pre-charging technique is proposed in this paper. At the same time, the reference voltage of 1.25V and the reference current of 10uA are integrated in the circuit, and the reference current is compensated according to the process fluctuation. The design is based on SMIC 0.18μm process. The LVDS transmitter work stably at 2.5V or 3.3V power supply with maximal transmission speed of 1.5GHz with 2.5pF load capacitance.
