STUDY ON INCLUSION COMPLEX OF β-CYCLODEXTRIN AND NITROGLYCERINE

The optimum conditions of preparing nitroglycerine inclusion complex was studied by orthogonal design, considering proportion of nitroglycerine and β-cyclodextrin temperature of inclusion, time and strength of stirring. X-ray diffraction analysis and TLC etc. showed that the quality of the prepared inclusion complex was reliable.
