An Analysis of Credit Question in Private Colleges in Terms of Asymmetric Information

Based on present conditions of credit difficulty in private colleges,this article firstly introduces the asymmetric information theory,and then analyzes the reasons of information asymmetry between commercial banks and private colleges.At last,it puts forward some ways to improve credit allocation.
