Adsorption methyl orange using carbon materials from waste tobacco

Carbon materials was prepared by chemical activated method,and its structure was investigated by IR,EA,BET methods,simultaneity the adsorption methyl orange of carbon was studied.The result shows:the high surface era of mesoporous carbon was obtained.The Adsorption methyl orange at 30℃ and Kinetics of methyl orange adsorbed of three kinds of carbon were studied.The methyl orange can be adsorbed using different activated reagent activated carbon materials,and the ZnCl2 is the best activated reagent compared to the NaOH and Fe(NO3)3,the adsorption capability is 154.3mg/g.
