摘要
A 10 μm pixel pitch low-noise high-sensitivity digital readout family, with a capacitive transimpedance amplifier pixel front end, for InGaAs and QD SWIR sensors is presented. Two DROIC formats, 1280 x 1024 and 640 x 512, are available, with a third 320 x 256 format in the works. All formats have variable gain pixels with well capacities of 20 ke- in high gain, 150 ke- in mid gain and 1 Me- in low gain. These readouts boast low read noise of only 20 e- rms at room temperature in high gain with correlated double sampling. The 1280 x1024 format DROIC can run up to 320 fps full frame, the 640 x 512 format can run up to 700 fps full frame and the 320 x 256 format will run up to 1.4 kfps full frame.
