Relation Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Compound Regulating ERK Signal Transduction Pathway

Extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway is involved in cell growth,development,proliferation,differentiation,function of synchronization between cells and cell malignant transformation of a variety of physiological and pathological processes.ERK pathway inhibition and excessive activation of many human diseases are closely linked.Chinese herbal compound on the ERK pathway has dual regulation.This article reviews Chinese herbal compound on the regulation of ERK pathway research.
