Dual-polarization and six-mode waveguide crossing based on dielectric metasurface

A dual-polarization waveguide crossing with an ultra-compact footprint of 7.5 × 7.5 μm 2 is proposed. The device insertion loss is below 1.2 dB, and the crosstalk is below -13 dB from 1460-1560 nm.
