摘要
Abstract A relation which evaluates the relative effects of time and temperature on the tempering of steels has been developed by previous investigators. In this paper this relation has been adapted to rupture and creep behavior and applied to existing data on several widely different alloys with outstanding results. Methods are described by which short-time tests can be used to determine long-time properties.
