Chloride is the most dangerous corrosion medium facing a reinforced concrete structure in its service life.Once the chloride ion concentration on reinforcement surface in concrete structure has exceeded a threshold value,the corrosion of reinforcement may occur,and the corroded reinforcement will bring about a decrease in bearing capacity of reinforced concrete component.In this paper,the calculation methods of resistance of reinforced concrete component influenced by chloride ion corrosion are discussed,which provides reference for the evaluation of durability of reinforced concrete structure in the chloride environment.
