Design of MORSE code control system about the rising and falling control of helicopter in offshore platform

This text introduces the design process of the Morse code control system about the rising and falling signal of the helicopter in platform.This design uses MORSE as the communication method and completes the function which edits Morse code into number code under the control of SCM.It also can save the information of the code and realizes the function of sending the code in the form of Morse automatically.Enhance greatly the reliability of this appliance.
