Research on Coplanarity Measurement of Embedded and Press-fit Components

There are four methods for measuring embedded components coplanarity,microsection measurement,coordinate measurement,three-dimensional imaging measurement and contact type three-dimensional measurement.The measuring principle,accuracy,efficiency and reliability of these four methods are studied based on the customer requirements and the property of embedded components PCB technology.A criterion about embedded components coplanarity measurement is built after optimization of the current measuring method.
