Existence Analysis of Stackelberg Equilibrium

We introduce a model of static games of complete information Cournot model of duopoly, and a model of dynamic games of complete information which leads to Stackelberg model of duopoly. The question is that the Stackelberg equilibrium is not stable. These show that the equilibrium in Stackelberg model of duopoly would trend to equilibrium of Cournot model.
