Study of Polymerization Stability of Acrylate Emulsion Containing High Solids

Based on EA/BA/MMA/NMA as the components,a method of preparing the stable acrylate emulsion of high solid contents was introduced in this paper.And at the same time,the effects of the different monomer combinations,the amounts of the emulsifiers,crosslinking agents and initiators on the emulsion stabilities were also discussed.Results showed the optimum amounts of the compound emulsifier,crosslinking monomers and the initiator were 3.0%,2% and 0.5% of the total components,separately.
