[Objective]To investigate heat shock proteins(HSPs)involed in the effect of Jianweryuyang Granule(JWYY) on the expression of proteome in gastric tissue of rats with gastric ulcer recurrence induced by acetic acid.[Methods]The total proteins extracted from gastric tissue in rats with gastric ulcer recurrence were separated by immobilized pH gradient(IPG) two-dimensional sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE).Then proteins underwent,modified Comassie Brilliant Blue staining images,obtained by scanning 2-DE with the Image Scanner apparatus,underwent PDQuest analysis to identify different expressions of proteins between the two groups.Images of peptide mass fingerprinting were obtained with matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS),being identified by searching in Mascot,NCBInr and SWISS-PROT databases.[Results]The match rate between the JWYY group and the control group were 92.3%.Of the 12 identified HSPs,HSP27,GRP78,HSP70 and HSP60 expressed more in JWYY-treated group versus the control group.[Conclusion]Gastric ulcer recurrence is regulated by several HSPs,and JWYY may reduce recurrence of gastric ulcer through increasing expressions of correlated HSPs.
