In order to settle the technical and economical problem that Polycarboxylate Based Superplasticiaer(PC) is used in the concrete construction.The concrete of C10-C60 was prepared with four different cementitious material systems and seven different composition of cementitious material.And then under the circumstances of the same cementitious material system,the authors choose three different plasticizers(PC,lignosulphate based plasticizer(LS) and naphthalene sulphate based superplasticizer(NSF)) for mixing concrete of the same compressive strength and compared their technicality and cost of the raw materials.The results indicate that good performance can be obtained with the use of PC and ideal economy efficiency exists in high strength concrete added with PC.
