The chemical constituents in mangrove Kandelia candel

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Kandelia candel.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidences.RESULTS Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified.CONCLUSION Five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
