Purpose Amidst the ongoing digital transformation (DT) in the era of digital age, this research paper investigates the domain of supply chain resilience. This study aims to identify and analyze the key factors contributing to supply chain resilience in the digital era. Design/methodology/approach The systematic literature review is used to create a solid foundation for this study, and the in-depth analytic hierarchy process analysis is used to assess the relative importance of the major elements influencing supply chain resilience. Findings The finding of this study reveals a comprehensive understanding of the key factors for the success of the DT. DT is the most relevant category of factors, as evidenced by a high priority value (PV = 0.296) means 29.6% weight-age among the eight categories. Research limitations/implications Apart from providing significant perspectives and implications regarding the DT procedure, the research acknowledge several limitations, including industry-specific and particular critical elements. Future research should aim to expand the study’s scope and undertake comparable studies in other industries to minimize these limitations. Originality/value By using a dual-method approach, the study not only clarifies how digital technologies affect supply chain resilience but also provides useful advice for companies looking to improve their ability for adaptability in a digitally driven environment.
