摘要
The wide variety of imported wind turbine power components made the equipment maintenance cost high, If some spare parts are shut down, the power generation of the unit will be seriously affected. In this paper, a power module transformation scheme of standardized drive board + IGBT + Differential interface boardis proposed, which can realize the equivalent replacement of a variety of old power components without changing the original installation mode, and solve the problem that the original power module IGBT can withstand low junction temperature and false positive fault. The practical application in the wind farm station proves that the standardized power component scheme not only realizes the unity of the core materials of various power components, reduces the maintenance cost of the station, but also provides a replicable innovative practice scheme for the batch promotion of standardized power components in the future, which has important demonstration significance.
