Effects of Whole Body Vibration Exercise on Body Balance Stability and Lower Segment Movements in University Judo Player

This study was to investigate the effects of whole body vibration exercise on body balance stability and lower segment movements in university judo player. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, judo player at Y universict, were selected at random and allocated 14 judo player each for the Non Exercise group(NEG), Deficient Exercise group(DEG), Over Exercise group(OEG) and measured body balance stability and lower segment movements before and after the experiment. The neuromuscular training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of body balance stability according to whole body vibration exercise, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of lower segment movements according to whole body vibration exercise, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG.BR As conclusions, this study confirmed that the whole body vibration exercise on body balance stability and lower segment movements in university judo player. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of athletic performance in athletics along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.
