摘要
Abstract Aiming at the defects in the clinical application of tirapazamine (TPZ), this paper reports a GOX‐TPZ‐CaP@SA nanodrug delivery system. The nanodrug delivery system can enter the lysosomes of tumor cells through endocytosis. The acidic environment of the lysosomes induces the release of TPZ and glucose oxidase (GOX). When GOX catalyzes the glucose, the oxygen consumption is intensified in tumor tissues, providing suitable environmental conditions for TPZ. Research data indicate that the synergistic effect between TPZ and GOX improves the antitumor performance of the nanodrug delivery system.
