摘要
ABSTRACT Twenty‐seven compounds were isolated from Anaphalis hancockii Maxim in Qinghai Province, China, including 7 isobenzofuranones ( 1 – 7 ), 8 flavonoids ( 8–15 ), and 12 other compounds ( 16–27 ). Compound 1 is a new isobenzofuranone. The structures of the compounds were determined by analyzing their HRESIMS, 1D‐ and 2D‐nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and comparing them to the reported data. This study is the first report of A. hancockii Maxim's chemical composition, a perennial herb belonging to the genus Anaphalis . Isobenzofuranones are the main bioactive constituents of the genus Anaphalis ; thus, seven isobenzofuranones ( 1 – 7 ) were assessed for their antibacterial and antichlamydial activities. Compound 6 showed moderate activity against six different pathogenic fungi. The result suggested that Compound 5 might be a promising class of therapeutic agents for chlamydial infections.
