Fluxgate sensor is widely used in new power system due to the advantages of high accuracy and high stability. To facilitate the design of fluxgate sensor structure and analyze its measurement performance, this article builds an electromagnetic co-simulation model based on Ansys and Multisim by designing and simulating fluxgate probe, excitation circuit, and signal processing circuit. Based on the simulation model, sensitivity, linearity and transient response of fluxgate sensor are calculated. Simulation results show that the simulation model can effectively and accurately reflect the performance of fluxgate sensor, which lays a foundation for the actual design and parameter optimization of fluxgate sensor.
