摘要
Educators should be competent enough to plan, implement, evaluate, and administer the course they are assigned to teach. However, some educators are lacking the required pedagogical training such as experiential learning, equity, diversity, and inclusivity (EDI) in-classroom training, and much more. We proposed a three-year roadmap to help educators prepare for a teaching career in science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine (STEMM). We suggested that the roadmap should be integrated as part of graduate school curricula for optimal results.
