摘要
We consider the problem of harmonic retrieval via low resolution sampling, i.e., estimating the parameters of sinusoidal signals in noise from coarse quantized measurement samples. We first derive the Cramér-Rao bound (CRB), i.e., the best performance bound of unbiased estimators, for the sinusoidal parameter estimates. We also introduce a cyclic algorithm for harmonic retrieval from low-bit quantized measurement samples. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the cyclic algorithm as compared to the corresponding CRB.
