During the hydrogen fluoride manufacturing process,washing the sulfuric acid hydrogen fluoride gases-hydrogen fluoride mixed acid,choosing the appropriate method,H2SO4,HF,and H2O content of the production were analyzed reliably and timely which provided basis for decision making of the production.
