Effect of Antithyroglobulin Antibody on Thyroglobulin About Differentiated Thyroid Cancer Patients

Objective Analysis the effect of antithyroglobulin antibody on monitoring thyroglobulin about differentiated thyroid cancer patients that have been operated with total thyroidectomy.Methods To measure antithyroglobulin antibody and thyroglobulin of 83 differentiated thyroid cancer patients that have been treated in my hospital during Jan,2003～Mar,2006.Results The significance of monitoring thyroglobulin obviously descend when the level of antithyroglobulin antibody100 IU/mL.Conclusion Thyroglobulin is good followup marker about differentiated thyroid cancer,but considering the level of antithyroglobulin antibody of patients for monitoring thyroglobulin is necessary.
