The Comprehensive Design of Peak-Valley Electricity Price and Multistep Electricity Price

In order to solve the shortage of electric power and reflect fairness of electric power consumption,the peak-valley electricity price and multistep electricity price are comprehended and the scheme of comprehensive electricity price is designed.The optimal electricity price is obtained by modeling and simulation.Simulation results show that the comprehensive electricity price can not only realize the peak load shifting but also avoid the reversion of peak and valley load which guarantees benefits of electricity customers and also has energy saving effect.
