A Review of Bidding Algorithm in Deregulated Power Market

Deregulated power market makes power industry vigorous and meanwhile it also introduces many new problems, one of which is bidding algorithm. The authors analyze the characteristics of constraints in bidding algorithm and focuses on time constraints and security constraints. Mathematics method to handle these constraints is also discussed. Finally the vital problems of bidding algorithm which are the shreastment of dealing with security constraints effectively and the relation between security constraints and cost are described.
