Heal fracture of three ankles with rebuilded Ti board and screw internal fixation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Healling Fracture of three ankle with rebuilded Ti board and screw internal fixation.Methods Thirty-seven specimens of fracture of three ankles were adoped,fixing lateral malleolus with febuilded Ti board,at the same time,ventral condyle and internal malleolus were fixed with screw.Results All 37 cases were followed up for 6-18 months(averaged 12 months),all cases got clinical concrete,complications such as displace,infection,breakdown of screw were not found.According to the assesment standard,the excellent was 29 cases and the fine was 8 cases.The rate of fineness was 100%.Conclusion Healing fracture of three ankle with rebuilded Ti board and screw internal fixation is a ideal method.Anatomy reestablishment can be achieved and internal fixation was safe and firm.which was good for functional exercise and functional recovery of ankle in early time.
