Signal Integrity Design and Simulation of High-speed PCB

A design and simulation method of signal integrity of high-speed PCB is presented.The basic theories of signal integrity and the flow of SI simulation based on software Hyperlynx are introduced.Especially,how to use the method of high-speed PCB design method to ensure the signal integrity of the data acquisition module is mainly discussed.And the key nets based on IBIS models are simulated.The simulation results show that this method is fit to achieve the design and simulation method of signal integrity.
