Measurement Research of Chronic Regulatory Focus

At present,there is no clear consensus as to which scale is the generally accepted one.With BIS/BAS questionnaire based on measuring different brain functions and personal characteristics,RFQ questionnaire on distinct achievement motivational models,some others scales on individual values,means or strategies adopted to obtain targets,different scales have their own approaches.It is recommended to develop measure tools suitable for Chinese culture.While cultural differences between western and Chinese cultures should be considered in developing dimensions and scale items of the scale,regulatory focus theories and tools could be used in evaluating and predicting individual performance.
