Chemoselective Minisci alkylation in aqueous medium: a general strategy for functionalization of complex N-heteroarenes and biomolecules

An aqueous and photocatalyst-free Minisci alkylation of N-heteroarenes has been developed, enabling the late-stage modification of advanced candidates with complex structures, multiple functional groups and reaction sites.
