摘要
Abstract: This research explores how embodied cognitive can be computationally modeled and enhanced through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR). Moving beyond traditional disembodied approaches to human-computer interaction, the study employs immersive, adaptive XR environments augmented by AI agents to simulate perception-action loops, contextual learning, and emotional responsiveness. Through mixed-method experiments involving biometric tracking, cognitive task performance, and real-time environmental adaptation, the study demonstrates that AI-XR systems significantly improve cognitive engagement, task accuracy, and situational awareness. The findings establish a foundational framework for next-generation human-machine symbiosis, offering scalable applications in education, therapy, and human augmentation.
