Charge distribution and aromaticity in protonated urazole

Mono- and diprotonation of urazole was achieved. The salts were isolated and characterized by spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystallography. N, C or O – localization and distribution of charge was investigated by quantum chemical calculations.
