Clinical analysis of 22 cases of testicular torsion combined inguinal testis

BACKGROUND To study the clinical characteristic the experience of diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion combined inguinal testis. CASE REPORTS Of the 22 cases of testicular torsion combined inguinal testis, 15 cases were carried on orchiectomy, and 7 cases were carried on orchiopexy. DISCUSSION Color Doppler flow imaging is the primary diagnostic approach in diagnosing testicular torsion combined inguinal testis, and immediate operative exploration is necessary for saving testis.
