For the microgrid with power electronic devices operating in islanding mode, the P/f droop control strategy would result in the contradiction between fast load sharing and frequency stability control. This paper put forward an improved P/δ and Q/V droop control strategy in which the voltage and angle deviation was added to power control block as a feed forward quantity to achieve secondary regulation of the voltage and angle. This method can improve the dynamic performance of the system when load changes. The simulation and analysis demonstrate that the proposed control strategy provides fast proper load sharing and achieves smaller frequency deviation compared with P/f droop control strategy. This paper provides a new strategy to steady frequency for the islanding high-voltage microgrid.
