Synthesis and application of waterborne polyurethane laminating adhesives for poach-resistant flexible package

Using polybutylene adipate(PBA),polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTGM),toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) as the main raw materials,the waterborne polyurethane laminating adhesives for poach-resistant flexible package was prepared.The effects of n(-NCO)/n(-OH),DMPA amount,neutralization degree and neutralization time on WPU performances were studied.The results showed that the waterborne polyurethane adhesives have superior laminating performance for poach-resistant flexible package.
